QUICK-pak is an easy to use alternative to adhesive
backed plastic packing. QUICK-pak is designed for use on plate cylinders.
It is for printers who don't want to waste the time, effort and money
necessary to apply and remove plastic packing. The patented adhesive
system allows operators to quickly align and secure QUICK-pak to the plate
cylinder. This same adhesive system permits simple easy removal without
the trouble of scraping off residual glue.
EASY-ON: QUICK-pak can be mounted to
a plate cylinder, usually by one operator, in less than 1 minute. QUICK-pak
is easy to work with - simply align to the lead or tail edge of the gap,
rotate the cylinder and align and adhere the other edge.
EASY OFF: QUICK-pak is removed by
gently lifting one corner of the material away from the cylinder edge and
then peeling the material off the cylinder. QUICK-pak leaves no
adhesive residue = No scraping, and scrubbing.
ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENT: Quick-pak
has a patented coating on the "To-Cylinder Side" to protect
cylinders from corrosion and rust.
BARRIER COATED: Quick-pak has
another thin barrier coating on the "To-Plate Side". This
patented coating acts as a barrier to water, ink and liquids.
RANGE OF CALIPERS: QUICK-pak is
available in a range of popular plate packing gauges including .006",
.007", .008", .009", .010", .011", .012" and
new .014".

available in a range of popular plate packing sizes including custom cut
orders in sizes as small as 13 X 19 (QM46) and large enough for 66" presses.

ADHESIVE SYSTEMS: The QUICK-pak
patented dual AC adhesive systems keep the material in place. Operators
can easily mount and remove QUICK-pak.
